Shipping Policy

 Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

  • For India orders– All prepaid orders are processed within 2-3 business days, whereas COD orders take 3-5 business days to process as we verify the order personally to ensure a seamless process. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days upon confirmation. Delivery to locations that are in low coverage or difficult to reach areas may take between 5-10 working days.
  • For International orders– All international orders are processed within 3-4 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-20 business days. No COD option for International delivery.

Delivery Procedure

  • Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order, please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product volume and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Order confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a payment receipt via email and SMS. The receipt will include information such as customer name, product name, price of the product, date of arrival, and the payment status as in, payment successful.

 Order Tracking

Along with the confirmation message, we will send you an order tracking number and link. Using that, you can track your product once we dispatch it.

Payment Options

“We” accept any mode of transaction for payment that includes credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, Bank transfers, E-wallets, mobile payments, and cash on delivery. You will receive the payment receipt via mail or SMS for every successful payment.

Delivery Precaution

The confirmed order will only be delivered to the registered address by the customer. If you change the registered address after confirming, it does not make any changes to the confirmed order.  So, it is advised to change the delivery address before confirming the order.

In case of unavailability of customers on the registered address, the third-party delivery services shall follow their policy.

Delay of Order

Orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. If changes occur within our supply chain due to peak periods, high volume of orders, holidays, or as a result of COVID-19, we will update the processing time to reflect it.


We “Velli Herbals” are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
